At the University of Derby it is the Students responsibility to upload evidence. Assessors should only do this under exceptional circumstances.
As an Assessor, you are able to upload evidence to the Learners Portfolio on the learners behalf. The process you will follow, is the same process a learner would follow to upload evidence. Meaning you will be easily able to advise your learner how to upload evidence to their Smart Assessor account.

Please note: If you choose to upload evidence from your assessor account, you will not receive the email notification from Smart Assessor about the evidence being uploaded. As this is email is only generated when a learner uploads the evidence.
